During my visit of Phnom Penh city in Cambodia I had the opportunity to to train with local team and few friends that I met on World Championships in the past. After arrival on 31st October I was welcomed by Chivorn Pal, Siesung Tang and Vannsak Lim at the airport. Chivorn and Siesung are both members of Cambodian National Team. The day after at 17:00 I visited local Olympic Stadium and trained under the Master Ri Chol Nam, VII Dan. There was a training of kicks and patterns on the program finished by the sparring of me and Siesung.
It was a good opportunity to meet Sept Rd since International Martial Arts Games II in 2007 in North Korea and Chivorn with whom we found our photos from 2003 and 2007 World Championships. As seen, Taekwon-do family is here once forever.
